A- Under Warranty Coverage

 

Regardless of the year of manufacture, products that are found to have a manufacturing or material defect under normal use are repaired or, if not possible, immediately replaced with a new one, under lifetime warranty.

 

B- Out of Warranty Coverage

 

Tools used in the conditions written below are out of warranty and cannot be replaced with new ones.

 

Used for reasons different than those specified in the intended use or use instructions.

Those that have been bent or shattered by excessive force, pipe installation, or hammering.

Products whose initial condition has been altered by the user by grinding, sanding, drilling, or welding.

Products that have ceased to operate after usage due to improper storage in dusty, wet, or muddy environments.

Those that are rusted, corroded, or have been stored in unsuitable humid environments for an extended period of time.

Ascertain if the key’s size is sure for the part being used.

Ascertain that the tool is properly positioned during usage.

Regularly inspect the instrument. Replace instruments that have become worn or damaged.

Investigate the tool’s operating conditions and durability values.

It is important to keep in mind that the driving surface must be greater than the driving one.

Always use the proper air tool accessories.

Personal protective equipment should be selected based on the working’s conditions.

Always move wheeled cabinets after locking doors and moving parts.

Brake the wheels while working on the wheeled cabinet.

 

B-ACTIONS NOT TO BE DONE:

Extensions should not be used to exceed the necessary torque. (Especially on all keys) Avoid using any tool, such as a crowbar, flat chisel, or belt punch, for works other than manufacturing. (for instance, a screwdriver)

Make no attempt to force the tool into producing excessive force. (Wrenches and screwdrivers, for example)

Never make contact with an item whose surface is harder than the tool being used. (for example, hammers and chisels)

Modify the instruments in no way. (in whole or in part)

Use inch wrenches on metric bolts and vice versa.

Avoid the use of worn or defective tools.

When the wheeled repair cabinet is full, do not leave more than one drawer open.

Always utilize the right tool for the job at hand, while adhering to the aforementioned conditions and proper use.
